            Both parties by Ld.counsel are present .Ld.counsel for the OPs No.1 to 5 are represented by Shri.Md.Riyaj Uddin complainant inspector of Director Postal Services,Manipur has submitted a copy of sanction Order dated 23/03/2015 for a sum of Rs,1,63,760/- only being surrender Value of policy No.NE-37315-CC.
             The complainant also agreed to settled the matter.Thus,complainant is directed to collect the said amount from the General Post Office , Imphal.Hence, the case is disposed of accordingly.
