Complaint is regarding the defect in products delivered by the opposite party and deficiency in service on the part of opposite party.


 

Matter posted for hearing on admission. Complainant heard. It is seen from the records that the complaint is filed after a period of 24 years from the date of cause of action and therefore complaint is barred by limitation and hence without going into the merits of the case complaint is dismissed.
