            Heard. Perused the record. As per statutory requirement under the Arms Act, 1959 and Rules, 2016 for s-1 is essential for granting of licence. The licence is granted on the capacity of E.M./judicial Magistrate by the O.P. taking into consideration all the statutory requirements. A case under the Arms Act and Rules there under is not maintainable before this Commission. Accordingly, complaint is not admitted and dismissed.
