Perused the material available on record.

The captioned C.C Vide No. 21/2020 to 111/2020 have filed by the complainant s named above in their respective complaint inter alia alleging negligence and deficiency in service against the same O.Ps on a common cause of action. So also all the complainant seek for reliefs of same nature as such taken up together to decide on merit.

The Complainant namely Ujal Sa , Gahesh Naik, Khusiram Naik and Khsyamanidhi Naik have filed their memo stating therein that they do not want s to proceed any more in this respective3 complaint. Accordingly .C.C No.21/2020,C.C/55/2020,C.CNo.58/2020 and C.C No.56/2020 respectively are hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

It appears that other complainants are remaining absent even after receiving of subsequent notice vide Letter No.263 dt.18.07.2023 to appear before this Commission.

It appears that those complaints are remaining absent consistently and failed to adduce cogent evidence to prove complaint allegation against the O.Ps.

Accordingly their complaints against the O.Ps are hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
