                                                            ORDER

                          The present Disputes arises out of the Complaint Petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for not non giving of gratuity arrear dues of the complainant. For which complainant prays for payment of gratutity dues along with interest and damages, compensation and mental agony .

 

2.                     The O.P are appeared in person before the forum and filed memo signed by the complainant and refuting the allegations of the complainant and made argument touching the point both on facts as well as law.

                           On perusal of the records we find the complainant filed a memo stating that after receipt of the notice from the forum, we have complainant the matter out of court.

 

                        The complainant in persons is present before the forum and has submitted a memo to withdraw the case since he has already full filed the problem raised in the complaint and rectified by the O.Ps and also paid the gratuity amount to his own account by the O.Ps and he has no more claim against the O.Ps in connection with the aforesaid case, the complainant filed I.D proof Xerox copy, one pass photo and Xerox copy of pass book in supporting of the case.

 

                          Heard and perused the memo and the memo is allowed.

 

                          According the case is dropped., as not pressed by the complainant. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
