           Parties and their Ld. Advocates are present before the National Lok Adalat, presided over by Sri Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member DCDRC, and Smt. Kabita Acharjee (Goswami), Member (L) DCDRC. After hearing both sides it appears that the claim of the complainant has been settled with the OP at Rs.1,00,000/- to be paid by the OP by issuing a Draft of Rs.1,00,000/-/by NEFT within 15.07.2023 to the complainant.

           It is settled that the complainant has no further claim as against the OP.
