- From a perusal of the order sheet it was found that these three matters had been lying dormant from 9/7/1999 onwards. Hence notice was issued to the parties to appear before this Commission on 12/11/2021. When the matter was called a counsel appearing on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased complainant informed that the complainant is no more. The authorized representatives of the opposite parties were present in the court.
- From a perusal of the records it has transpired that these matters were jointly dismissed by this Commission as early as 22/04/1992.
- Therefore these files are to be removed from the list of running cases.
Pronounced in open court on this the 12th day of November, 2021.
