                On call , The DHr submits that he has already received electric connection for the JDr and as such he does no want to proceed with the matter. Considered the matter.

                That the Execution against the JDr be dismissed for non precaution.

                Thus the case be disposed of on full satisfaction.

                Supply the copies of the order to the parties, as per rule.
