The petitioner Abdul Hakim Sheikh is present. The O.P. No.2 Borat Hussain Hazarika, proprietor, SA Enterprise, Goalpara is present through his learned counsel.

Both the parties by filing Petition No.102/09 dated 30/04/2009 submitted that they have entered into a compromise as they have amicably settled the matter outside the forum and accordingly the O.P. No.2 paid Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only to the petitioner Abdul Hakim Sheikh and prayer for disposing the case on compromise.

Seen the petition. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties along with the petitioner/complainant. Since the parties have already settled the matter amicably outside the forum and the O.P. paid Rs. 5000/- to the complainant, as such, the case is disposed of on compromised.
