COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:           Ms.Shalini Begadi,Complainant in person.

                        None for the Ops.                  

                                     Today the case was fixed for filing reply and consideration to the application filed by the counsel for the Ops and for filing evidence of the parties. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which she states that matter has been compromised between the parties as per settlement deed dated 31.05.2016 executed at Panchkula i.e. Annexure-X. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, she wants to withdraw her present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement as well as having gone through the settlement deed i.e. Annexure X placed on record by the counsel for the complainant, it is made clear that the compromise has been made out between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
