ORDER

Dhr. files hazira. The petition dated 23.08.2016 filed by the Dhr. Some Nath Bhowmick for amendment of complaint, final order passed in original CC case No. 71/2014 and application of the present Execution case is taken up for passing order.

            The petition be treated as Mis. Case No. 18/2017.

            We find that original complaint and Final order as well as copy of the same passed in CC/71/2014 have already been amended / corrected by recfifying name of O.P No.1 “Gopal Sarkar” as “Gopal Malakar” and O.P No. 3 “Sajal Ganguly” as “Sagar Ganguly”.

            So, in view of the present situation the execution application is required to be amended.

Accordingly, petition dated. 23.08.2016 filed by the Dhr. Some Nath Bhowmick for amendment of complaint, final order passed in original CC case No. 71/2014 and application of the present Execution case is allowed.

Let in Ex. Application of this case name of O.P No.3 “Sajal Ganguly” be amended / rectified as “Sagar Ganguly”.

Let in Ex. Application of this case name of the O.P No.1 is corrected as “Gopal Malakar” instead of “Gopal Sarkar”

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.
