COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-        ShriPankajKaushik, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.

 

                        Today the case is taken up on the application filed by the Ld. counsel for the complainant, who has by making a separate statement, stated that hedoes not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, with liberty to file it afresh.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. counsel for thecomplainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the complainant file it afresh.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.The original document, if any, on the file be returned to the complainant after retaining the photocopy of the same in office record.
