COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri Sukhvinder Singh, Authorized Representative of the                                    complainant.

                     Ms. Jasneet Kaur, Advocate, counsel for OP.

                    Today, the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OP. At this stage, Shri Sukhvinder Singh, Authorized Representative of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the dispute between the parties has been settled as he had received Rs.32,000/- from the OP as full and final settlement and now, nothing is due against the OP, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Authorized Representative of the Complainant, today, the present Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
