Mr.U.Deka, I’d counsel for the petitioner/decreeholder is present. Mr.Bam, I’d counsel for the O.P/judgement debtoris present .on the persual for application it is found that the decree holder made his prayer  under the section 25 of consumer protection act ,1986.However ,the act has been amended and now the latest one is consumer protection act,2019.There for ,the decree holder is hereby directed to file his petition under the amemdment consumer protected Act ,2019. on the prayer of I’d counsel for the decree holder ,this petition stands disposed of on being withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
