The complainant is absent without step. OP No.6 is present through Ld. advocate. Other OPs are absent without step. It reveals from perusal of record that the complainant after directions from this Commission did not take steps of notice upon OP No.5 and 10/0/2021 was given as a last chance to the complainant to take steps. But the complainant neither took steps not present before the Commission. Moreover the complainant is contineously absent on 9 consecutive dates from 04/03/2020 till date without any steps, which clearly indicates his/her unwillingness to proceed with the case further.

Under such circumstances the Commission does not think it just and proper to continue this proceeding any further and hence the case is dismissed for default of the complainant. Keep the C/R with dismissed case records.
