This complainant is absent . He has been continuously absent and he has not been filing the requisites for the last more than two and half years. 

                     It appears from the perusal of the record that originally this complainant was filed before the Hon’ble Bihar State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , Patna on 10.07.2000 where it was numbered as complainant no as 50/2000. Subsequently the Hon’ble Bihar State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , Patna transferred this case to the Hon’ble Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , Ranchi in view of sec. 89  f Bihar Re-organisation Act,2000 and where it was numbered as C/No. 32/07 and the Hon’ble Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , Ranchi transferred this case to this District Forum on the ground of valuation being less than Rs. Twenty Lacs .

                  The case relats to alleged negligence in treatment of  Isha Raji D/o thecomplainant Smt. Balbindra Kaur against Telco hospital , Jamshedpur . The victim was admitted in the Op’s hospital on 21.07.99 and she was discharged on 09.08.99.

                 As the complainant has not been filing the requisites hence the members have decided that the complainant does not appear to be interested in the prosecution of the present complainant and this complainant is fit to be dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed for non filing of the requisites .
