Perused the C/R and order sheet and it is seen that the case is long pending for evidence of complainant since 20.06.18. But instead of filing evidence the complainant is remaining absent from 15.11.19 without any step, which indicates his unwillingness to proceed with the case further. Enough opportunities were allowed to the complainant to submit his evidence, but the complainant has badly failed to comply with the repeated directions of the Commission. Under the circumstances this Commission does not like to continue with the case any further and the case is dismissed for default of complainant.

Case is dismissed.
