     Case taken up today before the National Lok Adalat. Sh.Ranjivan Singh, Counsel for Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. Sh.Rajan Katia, Father/Natural Guardian of Complainant has also appended his signatures on the statement. As per the statement, in compliance with undertaking given by OPs on 19.04.2023, the complainant has received Rs.55,200/- from the OPs in full and final settlement in the present matter and hence it is prayed that the present consumer complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The present consumer complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
