Complainant takes no step today. Today is fixed for admission hearing. The record shows that 27.09.22, 02.11.22 and 21.12.22 were fixed for admission hearing but no steps were taken by the Complainant. Today i.e. 04.01.23 is also fixed for admission hearing but it is a matter of regret that no step is taken by the Complainant. The case of the Complainant in short is that she found that one doorwells services Pvt. Ltd. offered to start own business just at Rs. 60,000/- as franchise of the OP. Accordingly she paid 60,000/- to the OP but the OP is reluctant to execute the said franchise agreement. On perusing the materials on record we do not find any money receipt regarding the payment of Rs. 60,000/- as alleged. Under such circumstances we are not in a position to admit the complaint and as such the complaint is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is ORDERED that the instant case No. CC/99/2022 is not admitted and as such it is dismissed on merit. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
