ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. 2.Opposite party is directed to refund Rs.925/- with compensation of Rs.2,000/- with in two months from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.1,000/-. 3.If opposite party fails to do so, the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 10% p.a. on Rs.2,925/- from such date till the date of payment. 4.As opposite party represented by advocate, send copy of this order by RPAD to the opposite party. Send the certified copy of this judgement and order to the complainant under C.O.P.
