Present:  None for the complainant.

               OP No.1 already ex-parte.

                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complaint being last opportunity with cost of Rs. 200/-. Case called several times since morning but no one appeared on behalf of complainant. It is 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that none appeared on behalf of complainant for the last six (6) continuous hearing and the case was fixed for evidence from the last six (6) hearing but neither the complainant tendered any evidence nor deposited the cost of Rs. 200/- imposed on 24.05.2017 and previous cost of Rs. 100/- imposed on 12.04.2017. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
