ORDER

Heard complainant Sulekha Kumari in person. Case of the complainant in nutshell is that she paid the sum of Rs.95000 to the director Mr. Ullash of Presidency School of nurshing for admission in nurshing course at presidency school of nursing, Banglore but the OP teh said director Ullash, got the complainant admitted at priyadarhini school of nurshing, Bangalore. As such from the facts of the cas and the alllegation made by the complainant case appears to be of cheating through speech of assurance and commission of fraud by Mr. Ullash Director of Presidency school of nurshing not of any kind of deficiency in service from his part.

As such under the facts and circumstances of the case complainant is directed to approach either the police or the criminal court of the competent juridication for redressal of her grievance.

The complaint being not maintainable before this commission is dismissed.
