Ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that due to some technical defect I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action. Original documents placed on file may kindly be returned.”

In view of the statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, recorded today separately, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action as per law. Office is directed to return the original documents as demanded by the complainant by retaining the photocopies of the same and under proper receipt. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
