Ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that I have received draft bearing no.855878 dated 22.09.2022 for Rs.42,700/- in favour of Munish Jindal complainant, from Sh.Ajay Gulati, Adv. counsel for the Opposite Parties, as a full and final settlement of the claim in question as per compromise between the parties. Now nothing is due against the Opposite Parties and thus, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The photocopy of draft is Mark C1.”

In view of statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
