In view of the order dated 25.02.2022 a demand draft for a sum of Rs. 15,000/- in the name of Swapna Pal (the complainant) is submitted by the OPs to satisfy the claim of the complainant.

Today complainant remains absent on call. Hence, the demand draft be handed over to the Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission.

The Registrar-in-Charge is directed to hand over the demand draft to the complainant on his demand. It is pertinent to mention that at the time of receipt of the demand draft the complainant shall submit the self attested cogent photo identity before the Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission and put signature on the margin of this order along with date.

In view of such payment hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being No. 99/2021 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

It is mentioned on 25.02.2022 by the complainant that if the OP will pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/-  to her the complainant will not proceed with this complaint further.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
