Complainant himself submits that the dispute in question between the parties have already been settled out of the Commission and in terms of such settlement, the opposite parties have already paid Rs. 21,91,378/- (Rupees twenty one lakhs ninety one thousand and three hundred seventy eight) to him and he has no other claim against the opposite parties.

Ld. Advocate of both parties also supported the submission of the complainant.

In view of above aspect, the case is disposed of.
