Today is fixed for hearing of the application for appointment of Pleader Commission for holding local inspection.
The Ld. Advocate of the complainant cum applicant, Ld. Advocate of the OP 20 and the Ld. Advocate of the OP 1 to 18 are present.
It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the OP 1 to 18 that the flat in question is lying in abundant condition for more than 10 years and the same is not at all in habitable condition.
Be that as it may, the local inspection will required to be held at the cost of the complainant and for bringing the nature and character of the property in question before this Commission by appointing a Pleader Commissioner.
Mr. Shamim Ahmed, Ld. Advocate is thus appointed as Pleader Commissioner and he will get consolidated fees of Rs. 7,000/- which is payable by the complainant.
The Pleader Commissioner is directed to hold the local inspection after service the notice to the Ld. Advocates of all the parties to this case and also after observing the other formalities. He will submit report by 19.10.2022.
The MA being no. 117/2022 is thus disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to supply a copy of the MA application to the Pleader Commissioner and she will also making arrangement fees within 15 days hence.
