Advocate appearing for the complainant submits that he is not pressed the original complaint petition. In view of the order dt. 26.7.2019 in connection with the C.C. No. 344/2017 and also the order dt. 26.7.2019 passed by the Hon’ble State Forum in connection C.C. no. 343/2017.
