Heard the Learned Counsel of the parties. Perused the material available on records. We have given our  thoughtful consideration to the respective contention of the parties. It reveals from the record that there was a commercial dealing between the parties to promote their business. Nothing cogent available on record to establish that the complainant is a consumer of the Opposite Parties either of goods or service as defined  U/s 2(7) of the C.P.Act,2019. Hence, we are of the considered view that present complaint is not maintainable under C.P.Act,2019. Hence, rejected. However, the complainant is at liberty  to approach before the proper court of law. Case is disposed of accordingly.
