Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant and for acceptance of the w/v filed by OP.

Complainant side is found absent and no step has been taken by the complainant even at 12.20 p.m when this matter is taken up for consideration.

 OP side is found present.  This case is taken up for consideration at 11.45 a.m.  at first and thereafter at 12.20 p.m but at the above noted times the complainant is found absent.  No show cause has been filed by the complainant.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. 

In the result it is accordingly,

That this complaint case being no.144/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
