Since morning despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 17.02.2020 thereafter, never turned up. Case pertains to the year 2013. In the interest of justice matter stands adjourned to 11.04.2023 for the appearance of complainant, thereafter, again an opportunity given to complainant for 25.09.2023 and for today i.e. 16.02.2024. Despite opportunity complainant failed to appear before this Commission. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. The present complaint therefore stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room.
