Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for passing necessary order.

Order could not be passed on 20.05.2022 due to the absence of the Quorum. The complainant was absent on 20.05.2022 and also on 06.04.2022, 16.03.2022, 21.02.2022, 29.07.2021, 08.03.2021, 21.12.2020 and 14.09.2020. He was asked to show cause on 20.05.2022, as to why, the case would not be dismissed for default. But he has not filed any show cause. We are of the view that the complainant had lost interest to proceed with the case. This is not possible for the Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. This is a fit case, in our view, where a dismissal order has to be recorded.

Hence, that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
