Record is put up today due to put up petition filed by both the parties.

Complainant Sri Rajib Choudhury is physically present along with his engaged Counsel.

A compromise petition is filed jointly by the parties.

Learned Counsel Mr. P. K. Dhar and Sanjay Pal are present for the O.Ps.

Heard Learned Counsel for both sides in respect of the compromise petition and it is submitted that the matter is amicably settled out side the Forum and complainant decided not to proceed further with the case being satisfied. 

We have also examined the complainant who stated that he is not willing to proceed further with the case as the matter has been amicably settled.

Considering the submission of both sides we are inclined to accept the compromise petition.

Accordingly the case is disposed of on compromise.

No order as to costs.
