Today is fixed for S.R. & appearance by the Ops. Today the complainant has filed a verified petition stating that as the dispute between the parties has been settled out of
Court so the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further. So it is not necessary to pass appropriate order by disposing off the present case for non-prosecution, otherwise the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injuries. So prayer is made by the complainant to pass appropriate order by disposing off the present case for non-prosecution.

As by filing petition the complainant is stating that the dispute has been settled out of Forum and the complainant is present with his ld. Advocate and the OP is also present in the Forum and stating that the dispute is settled amicably out of this Forum and the complainant is not willing to proceed with this complaint, we are of the opinion that the present complaint should be disposed of for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 224/2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
