Neither the complainant nor his Ld. Advocate is found present on repeated calls.

It appears from the record that the disputes between the parties could not be settled through pre-counseling.  Liberty was given to the complainant to file affidavit in chief to prove his case but till date complainant has not filed any affidavit in chief in the case.

Ld. Advocate for opposite party no.1 is present.

It is apparent on the face of the record that the complainant has failed to prove his case by filing evidence by way of affidavit in chief.

It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence, it is

that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed with cost.
