EXTRACT OF ORDER

Dt.04.04.2016-           The Lrnd Counsel Mr.Santosh.Ku.Mishra for the O.P. as above and the Complainant are present.The O.P. counsel presented One Cheque bearing No. 016772     dtd.  25.02.2016 of ICICI Bank    For an Amount of Rs. 7,000/-(Rupees seven throusand) only  in full satisfaction of the grievance of the Complainant, and the Complainant having received the Cheque in full satisfaction of his grievance as in the Complaint agreed to withdraw the Complaint.

            However, on insist of returning the defective handset, the Complainant affirmed that, the set is with the servicing centre, which he never received again after having delivered to it for repair.

            Hence, this forum feels that, there is no merit pursuing the complaint for further adjudication, as thus, dropped accordingly.
