Both parties are present. They have settled the case on condition that the OP will pay Rs. 33,450 to the Complainant in her S/B Account No. 2859101000257 Kanada Bank, Baharampur with 7 days.

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                      that CC/84/2018 be and the same is dropped  on settlement through Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is dropped on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
