ORDER

The parties are present.

In the present case the Complainant has already settled the case on receiving Rs. 38,000/.

The OP has already submitted Cheque No. 353520 and 353517 amounting to Rs. 10,000/ and  28, 000/- Total Rs. 38,000/ dt.28.05.2019 in favour of the Complainant.  The Complainant has received the same.

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                      that CC/114/2018 be and the same is dropped  on settlement through Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is dropped on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
