ORDER

1. On the previous date, counsel for the complainant stated that the complainant intended to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurugram and accordingly he wanted to file necessary application. However, today, he has not come with requisite application. Instead, he has come up with oral request for withdrawing the complaint.
2. Counsel for the opposite parties states that he has no objection if the present complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to approach the District Consumer Commission.
3. Resultantly, the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to approach the District Consumer Commission on the same cause of action. 
4. The question of limitation shall not arise in the matter if a fresh complaint on the same cause of action is filed by the complainant within two months from today.
5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
