Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant i/d dismissed for default.

None appears and no step taken by the complainants since long.

Ld. Advocate for the OP files hazira.

The complainant neither files show cause nor takes any steps even today alike previous dates.

It appears from the case record that an order has been passed by this Commission for appearance by the petitioners vide order No. 33 dated 30/04/2024 and petitioner Nos. 2, 4 and 5 also informed by this Commission vide Memo No. 82, dated 30/04/2024. It also appears from the Postal Track Consignment that the said order also received by the petitioners dated 03/05/2024. Though, the petitioners did not appear before this Commission since long. Under such circumstances, it appears to us that the petitioners are reluctant to proceed with this case.

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 94/2020 be and the same is dismissed for default. No cost.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
