Today is fixed for order on the point of admission. Perused the record and documents filed.

It appears from the case record that the complainant has not filed the necessary documents for which the instant case may be allowed for which the instant case may be allowed for admission. The complainant filed so many documents in respect of the death of the complainant’s , but the important documents like relevant ‘ticket’which is the basic for boarding in the lonch and the said ticket copy of the ticket has not been filed on behalf of the complainant. So it can be said that the complainant has failed to prima fasie for further proceeding of this case . As such the instant application of the complaint is dismissed.
