Case record taken up today for order. Complainant filed a memo submitting therein that during the proceeding of the complaint the O.Ps have furnished the No Dues certificate admitting their liabilities and on the primary claim of the complainant has already been settled the complainant does not want to proceed further with this complaint. Said memo is taken in to record and dismissed this complaint against the O.ps as the matter is amicable settled between the parties. Case is disposed of accordingly.
