None for the appellant is present. Respondent Deepak is present in person. On last date, it was directed to issue notice to both the parties. Accordingly notices was issued and in response to the notice Respondent appeared. However none appeared for the appellant. On perusal of the copy of notice it reflects that it was issued on the correct address of the appellant given in the appeal memo. Hence it will have to be presumed that the notice was served on the appellant. But nobody turned up. Hence the appeal stands dismissed in default.
