           The Ld. Agent for the Complainant is present.

           By filing a verified petition, the Complainant intends to withdraw the complaint as the dispute is already been settled amicably with the intervention of this Forum.

           The Complainant received one new Godrej Refrigerator from the O.P in compliance with the order dated 12/09/2013 of this Forum and at present there is no dispute.

           In the light of the submission of the Complainant and the materials made available in the record, it is to justify to allow the petition of the Complainant.

Hence,
           Ordered,
                     That the case be and the same is dropped for non-prosecution and disposed off accordingly.

          A plain copy of this order be supplied to each of the parties free of cost.
