Heard. Learned counsel for the appellant. Delay if any condone. On behalf of the Appellant submits that whatever treatment given on the request of the complainant.

            We have considered the submission and also perused the impugned order. We find that the District Forum has considered the matter in the light of relevant law on the subject. The prescription given by the appellant vide Annexure A could not be disputed in this matter. As such we do not find any merits in this appeal. It is accordingly dismissed.
