              Today the case is fixed for filing of written statement but the counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains due towards the Ops, so, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Copies of this order supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
