Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

he submitted that they have already filed objection but the same has not been taken into consideration, Since the interim order is continuing. Therefore, he wants to revise the order.

Consideration the submissions, perused the impugned order, we are not inclined to  interfere with the same. However, we direct the learned District Forum to take up the objection of the opposite party into consideration and after hearing both the parties, decide the interim petition within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Forum on 14.02.2023 to take further steps.
