None for the appellant.

                    The appellant has also not filed pre-deposit receipt to make the appeal competent. Number of opportunities was given to the appellant i.e. on 21.05.2024, 30.05.2024, 18.06.2024, 02.07.2024 and 22.08.2024 to file the same but the appellant failed to file pre-deposit receipt.

                    The appeal is therefore dismissed for non-compliance of provisions contained in Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
