Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have entered into compromise in both the revision petitions.  It is hereby

ordered that within a span of 15 days, the vehicle in question would be rectified by the manufacturer in conjunction with the dealer.  The

District Forum is directed to appoint an independent expert to check whether the car is fully recovered or not.  The expert report must come to the District Forum within 15 days.  The car may also be produced before the District Forum for his inspection. 

The decree stand passed.  If there is any problem for both the parties, the parties will approach this Commission through execution.  Consequently, the order passed by the fora below are set aside.

The revision petitions are disposed of accordingly.
