ORDER

Case taken up today as 10th April, 2014 was declared holiday due to General Election. Learned counsel for petitioner has placed on record copy of written instructions received by him from the Petitioner Department. It is stated that as per instructions received from the Department, the amount as ordered by the State Commission in the present case has to be paid to the respondents. It is further pointed out by counsel for petitioner that the aforesaid amount had already been released in favour of the respondents/ complainants by the District Forum. However, it should be subject to the outcome of the Criminal Case (No. 9964 of 2007) which is pending before Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, District Courts, Ujjain. It is also stated that since the amount has already been released to respondents/complainants, the present petitions be disposed of accordingly. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petitions stand disposed of as such. Dasti.
